Pega Lead Decisioning Consultant

Pega Operational Support and System Architect• Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) with hands-on experience developing solutions in Customer Decision Hub (CDH) using the Pega 8 platform.• Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) with strong Decisioning expertise and ownership of technical solutions.• Experience with supporting CDH and triaging issues (solid experience researching issues using PDC, Tracer, and other debugging tools). Participate in high-priority calls to address issues.• Responsible for providing operational and production support and coordinating between teams to ensure quality standards of Pega implementations, reliability of the environment, and performance of the system.• Develop custom systems integration solution components as dictated by business requirements, including architecting and designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.• Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, craft user stories, and enter them in ADO, write test cases, and document solutions.
