Maintains records of program attendance. Maintains program facilities, equipment, and materials.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of the proper rules and techniques of common childhood games and recreational activities.Ability to teach children Christian values as well as general early childhood education curriculum.Ability to facilitate and lead age-appropriate childhood programs and activities.MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ABILITIES:Ability to meet attendance requirements.Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.Ability to observe children and ensure their safety.Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. and one year experience leading youth activities, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Licenses and CertificationsValid State Driver’s LicensePhysical Requirements and Working ConditionsDuties are usually performed by combinations of sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent change basis.
