Snow Kreilich Architects is a nationally recognized and award-winning architectural studio-based practice founded in 1995 by Julie Snow. With each project led by design principals, the studio focuses on producing architecture that performs against multiple measures of design excellence. The Marketing Specialist collaborates closely with and supports the Director of Marketing and Business Development and Snow Kreilich’s Leadership Group, who are focused on new business pursuits.Responsibilities

Strategize, plan, develop, edit, and produce qualifications packages, proposals, award submissions and client presentations.Manage and coordinate the project team through the proposal process from kick-off to submission.Develop, communicate, and execute proposal planning, scheduling, and goals (including content development, customization, reviews, drafts, approvals, etc.).Create and maintain project & client information in CRM.Create the strategy and post regular content to social media channels & architecture portfolio sites.Create and maintain content on the SK website.Lead internal communications on the SK Intranet site & Microsoft Teams channels.Participate in small-group and company-wide meetings and events.Collaborate on additional marketing assignments/campaigns with project teams, Marketing Director and Design Principals.Qualifications

3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design.Experience in the built environment (A/E/C industry) preferred but not required.Experience in proposal and presentation development using the Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office.Experience in a deadline-driven environment.Technical Requirements

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Fluent in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to act as an in-house editor to maintain accurate and consistent voice and editorial standards in copy.Attention to detail and outstanding organizational and project management skills are a must.Self-sufficient and highly communicative with the ability to manage own schedule and balance multiple deadlines/workloads.Critical thinker and strategist who is personable and highly communicative.Positive demeanor with a can-do attitude.Ability to apply these skills within occasional short timeframes and with limited content and/or direction.Attributes
