As a member of the Global Sales and Business Development team, the Sales Engineer Director will support the growth of Digital Assets business.Digital Assets is a market-leading innovator in the development of institutional-grade, compliance-aware tokenization, account management, and decentralized finance technology based on blockchain.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with sales team to meet growth targetsPlan and develop complex solutions and deliver demos to prospectsProvide technical expertise across sales lifecycleInform, influence, and support product design/management as well as operational processes as a function of new relationships or new product implementationsCollaborate with business partners on the development of client solutions, RFPs, presentationsPartner with marketing and business in the creation of sales collateralCollaborate with global sales and relationship management team to support client engagementMitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceMinimum of 10 years of related experienceExperience in blockchain and digital asset ecosystemStrong understanding of financial servicesExceptional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functionsVision, creativity, presence, and credibility. A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentalityStrong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills.
