In this position, you will oversee a range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation and success of our team. Your tasks will include holding buyer's agents accountable, managing our database, overseeing listings, and much more. You will coordinate aspects of property listings, monitor agent performance, and ensure efficient administrative processes. Working closely with team members and reporting directly to the owner, you will play a vital role in driving our success and upholding our high standards of professionalism and excellence. Compensation: • Hourly pay: $25-$30 • 401(k) • Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities:

Administrative Tasks:

• Provide administrative support to the real estate team. • Maintain and expand the database management system(s). • Screen and direct phone calls; distribute correspondence. • Handle requests and queries appropriately. • Administer and manage the CRM systems. • Be experts on all relevant technology & able to assist agents/employees as needed. • Maintain and execute current processes in place and develop and implement updates as needed. • Help to manage and run company events.

Accountability for Buyer’s Agents:

• Track and report on the performance of buyer’s agents, ensuring they meet their targets and goals. • Implement and monitor systems to ensure buyer's agents are following up on leads and maintaining client relationships. • Provide regular performance reviews and feedback to buyer's agents. • Assist buyer's agents with tools and resources to improve their productivity and efficiency.

Listing Manager/Coordinator Tasks:

• Coordinate and manage aspects of property listings. • Oversee open houses and property showings. • Ensure all listing information is accurate and up-to-date in MLS and other listing platforms. • Communicate regularly with sellers to provide updates and feedback on their listings. • Monitor market trends and provide competitive analysis for each listing.
