Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.Experience/Requirements
Full-time5+ years of litigation experience4+ personal injury trials, as first chair preferredMember of the Texas Bar and in good standingExperience in evaluating claimsSuperb negotiation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProactive approach to problem-solvingTeam-orientedBilingual in Spanish is highly desiredFirm Benefits
