Essential Functions of JobMonitor EHS performance, identify risks, areas of improvement, conduct and manage EHS audits and on-site inspections to identify EHS workplace hazards.Assist with the investigation of EHS incidents, prepare reports and recommendations, implement waste management programs, develop and drive EHS trainings , manage relationships with community of EHSstakeholders.Research, evaluate and recommend changes to improve EHS performance.Provide expertise and advice on EHS issues to plant employeesEliminatethe risk of occupational injury and illness, and environmental non-compliance in a manufacturing environment.Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of EHS professionals.Implementation of EHS systems according to norms ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and OHSAS.Maintain relationships with the community, EHS groups, or other stakeholders impacted by the EHSperformance of the organization.Ensure all new equipment meets all legal and YF requirements.Help set the standard and cultivate the EHS culture in the plant.Required Education LevelArea of study: EHS or similar.Required Qualifications3-5 Minimum Years of Experience.1-3 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industryMust be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.Experience in regulatory compliance in OSHA, worker’s compensation, manufacturing health and safety training, environmental and ergonomics.ISO 14001,OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001 requirements including internal and external customers such as OE and NGO requirements; training and record keeping requirements, ISO documentation requirements and formats.Office Environment and Plant Manufacturing EnvironmentOften exposed to distracting sounds and noisy conditionsPersonal protective equipment is requiredExposure to hot or cold temperaturesWorks closely with others, perhaps within a foot of another person.Exposure to hazardous equipment on a daily basisWork is indoor in a manufacturing setting that may not be temperature controlled.Yanfeng is a leading global automotive supplier, focusing on interior, exterior, seating, cockpit electronics, and passive safety, and is exploring new business actively.
