We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Front-end Developer with a strong background in React development for both web and native platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent proficiency in React, JavaScript, experience with charting libraries for data visualization, and a deep understanding of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. The candidate should thrive in an agile environment and be passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions.What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Lead Software Engineer?

Develop and maintain frontend applications using React for both web and native platforms.Implement state management using Redux to maintain application state and facilitate data flow.Integrate charting libraries such as Highcharts for visualizing complex data sets.Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces.Write clean, well-structured code following best practices and coding standards.Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across different devices and browsers.Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews.Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with backend APIs.Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to promote growth and knowledge sharing.Stay up to date with the latest front-end development trends and technologies to continuously improve our products.What ideal qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree in Computer Science or related field HIGHLY PREFERRED.7+ years of experience in frontend development with a focus on React.Strong understanding of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.Experience with charting libraries such as Highcharts or D3.js for data visualization.Familiarity with mobile development using React Native is a plus.Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive attitude.Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to delivery.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.What technology skill sets are critical to the success of this role?

Proficiency with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python.Familiarity with testing frameworks such as React Testing Library.Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community.Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards—monetary and non-monetary—designed to support the whole person and to recognize their time, talents, and results. Along with base compensation, other compensation is offered such as a discretionary bonus, 401k plan, health insurance, and other perks.
