A RN Manager contributes to AHF by providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients, contributing to the overall well-being of individuals and communities. Remember, every small act of care makes a big difference! Your role as an RN Manager is multifaceted, requiring a combination of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to improving both patient outcomes and the working environment for your nursing team.
The RN Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by demonstrating leadership and supervision and coordinating/collaborating as a strategic partner. You will be a patient advocate and help develop staff in ways that will provide excellent customer service to our patients.
To be successful as an RN Manager, it is crucial to ensure that the AHF core values and mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF, we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.
AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The RN Manager will work as part of a close-knit team to effectively manage budgets, emergency response and crisis management, technology integration, and ensure there is ethical decision-making.
Licenses/ Certifications: CA RN License
