From improving the production of medicines that boost human health to reducing waste in an oil and gas plant, the work we do changes how we live.As the Vice President for our Global Logistics team, you will lead the global strategy and operational execution for logistics within the integrated supply chain. You will be a key partner and influencer, representing and collaborating across our Integrated Supply Chain organization, working with our senior leadership and end customers. You'll help optimize service and cost and transform our logistics function into a world-class operation.This role reports to the SVP, Chief Supply Chain Officer.What You Will Do:Set the Strategic Vision:

Lead the charge in defining and executing the global logistics strategy, ensuring we meet customer service expectations while achieving growth and profitability targets.Oversee Global Teams:

Manage extensive teams across the globe, including:

Distribution centers and warehousing, focusing on metrics, spend management, and supplier relationships.Global and regional trade compliance, ensuring we adhere to all regulations.

Drive On-Time Delivery:

Enhance and ensure reliable on-time delivery of finished goods and spare parts to distributors and end-customers.Strategic Leadership:

Play a key role on our integrated supply chain leadership team, shaping and evolving our supply chain strategy and optimization efforts.Develop Talent:

Build and engage a world-class supply chain organization through mentoring, coaching, rewarding high performance, and fostering skill development.Basic qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experienceLegal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.Preferred qualifications:MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred.Minimum of 15 years in supply chain management experience and 12 years of leadership experience.Deep understanding of end-to-end integrated supply chain.Proven ability to build a collaborative, diverse and inclusive culture resulting in improved employee engagement.Success in leading in a global, matrixed organization structure and leadership team.Expertise in leading complex global supply chain organizations, providing both technical and managerial leadership.Track record of driving aggressive strategic and operational business outcomes through strong execution, with an emphasis on progress over perfection.Experience in attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing leaders and teams.Articulate, persuasive, and persistent in driving change and overcoming organizational resistance while providing hands-on leadership.Ability to network across the organization and develop successful internal and external relationships.Instills a sense of urgency and drives problems towards resolution, monitoring progress and redirecting efforts as needed.Demonstrated ability to present and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership both internally and externally.What are your growth opportunities?Global Influence:
