You will work closely with the functional HR Business Partners and Regional HR in North America and EMEA/APAC. This position will report to the VP, Global Human Resources.You WillLead the implementation and design of compensation programs and guidelines that align to our compensation philosophy and strategy, as well as maintain existing programs.Partner with the HRBPs, Business Leaders, and Regional HR in the design of compensation programs and provide consultation for complex compensation issuesDevelop global compensation frameworks such as job ranges, leveling and mapping to align to the needs of the business.Partner with HRBPs to develop career ladders & competenciesPartner with HRBP’S to develop regional retention programsPartner with HRBP’s to develop employee recognition programsDevelop and partner with the L&D team to deliver educational materials, tools and guidelines that support plans, policies, processesDrive the merit cycle for base pay management, the Management Incentive Program and the LTIP plan.Manage market research and benchmarkingContribute to the preparation of materials for Compensation CommitteeReview the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and provide recommendationsDevelop and lead the Company’s comprehensive strategy for Total Rewards using compelling and equitable compensation and benefits programs aimed at attracting and retaining world-class talent in a competitive environment and across multi-disciplinesProvide strategic direction, planning, and requirements to execute the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company's compensation programs - including annual short- and long-term incentives and executive compensationContinuously evaluate the effectiveness of our rewards programs to ensure they are aligned with our business and talent strategiesMonitor market trends to make recommendations for changes and a strong understanding of changing industry landscapes to provide direction on how to stay ahead of competitorsYou Will Have5 -7+

preferable in a global technology organizationA Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related fieldStrong project management and communication skillsDemonstrated understanding and application of Global/International Total Rewards, Compensation, BenefitsStrong understanding of systems, compliance and financials that enable the execution of those bodies of workStrong qualitative, analytical and organizational skills to be able to
