Trademark Paralegal Specialist Los Angeles

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare and file trademark applications and related documents.Conduct preliminary trademark searches and assist in reviewing office actions.Draft client communications and manage deadlines.Assist with trademark litigation and TTAB proceedings.Coordinate and draft legal documents under supervision.Provide project management and supervise paralegal staff.Maintain notary license and follow all supervisory instructions.Maintain accurate time records and meet billing requirements.Adhere to firm schedules and ethics guidelines.Participate in ongoing legal education.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree.13+ years of trademark experience.Paralegal certification preferred.
