TrustPoint.One has partnered with a top AMLaw100 firm in their search for a Senior Trademark Paralegal to support their attorneys by providing substantive legal services.About the RoleTasks include preparing and filing trademark applications, drafting client communications, managing deadlines, and assisting with TTAB proceedings. A Senior Trademark Paralegal may perform any tasks allowed by law under the supervision of an attorney.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file trademark applications (domestic and foreign), extensions, declarations, and amendments.Conduct preliminary trademark availability searches and review office actions.Draft client communications and provide updates on prosecution matters.Assist with TTAB proceedings and trademark litigation.Manage docketing, client communications, and monthly call agendas.Review potential specimens for use and assist with copyright-related tasks.Draft, analyze, and prepare legal documents for review.Conduct research and summarize relevant facts and legal concepts.Provide project management for legal matters and supervise junior staff.Attend client meetings and legal proceedings with attorneys.Maintain a notary license.Follow firm guidelines on pro bono work and timesheet deadlines.Maintain flexibility to meet workload demands and adhere to professional ethics standards.Qualifications7+ Years of relevant experienceExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
