Offit Kurman is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate to join our DC Litigation team and can sit in any of our DC-Metro offices (Bethesda, Tysons Corner, or Washington).
We are looking for an attorney with 3+ years’ commercial litigation experience. This position focuses on a broad range of private client business litigation. The attorney will have significant individual responsibilities in all aspects of the litigation including:
Drafting pleadings, discovery, briefs, and motions
Taking and defending depositions
Court appearances and trial work
Must be admitted and active to practice in DC. VA or MD bar is preferred, not required. Unable to consider candidates willing to waive into DC at this time. This position will sit in Bethesda or Tysons Corner, going to DC as needed for court.
