You have a
bachelor's degree in computer science
,
eng
ineering, or a related technical field.You have at least 9 years of software engineering experience with
expertise
in:
C#.Net
,
Java,
Python, Angular, REST API services
and AWS.You have stakeholder management experience and can influence business decisions and strategy to lead to positive outcomes.You have experience acting as a player/coach
and are a culture contributor.You have proven experience developing technology roadmaps and cultivating innovative technology solutions.You are a technical expert with strong business insight. You are a go to leader of software engineering best practices.You have extensive technology vendor management experience.
You’ve
led technology direction, guidance and oversight of vendor solutions and integrations.Southern California Base Salary Range: $166,551-$266,482
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.You can learn more about our compensation and benefits here .*
