“I can succeed as a Solutions Engineering Manager at Capital Group.”As a Solutions Engineering Manager, you will oversee the build, maintenance, and refinement of high-performance, scalable systems through your expertise in development, infrastructure, and product discussions from conception to completion. You will foster an environment of agile technologists who imagine, develop, and launch solutions with transformative power.

From digital and cloud solutions to original and developing technology products and services, you will address challenges at their core. You will manage a team of engineers that develop products, services, and experiences that disrupt markets, generate value, and positively impact millions of lives.

Minimum Requirements:

You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.

You have at least 9 years of software engineering experience with expertise in: C#.Net, Java, Python, Angular, REST API services, and AWS.

You have stakeholder management experience and can influence business decisions and strategy to lead to positive outcomes.

You have experience acting as a player/coach and are a culture contributor.

You have proven experience developing technology roadmaps and cultivating innovative technology solutions.

You are a technical expert with strong business insight. You are a go-to leader of software engineering best practices.

You have extensive technology vendor management experience. You’ve led technology direction, guidance, and oversight of vendor solutions and integrations.

Southern California Base Salary Range:

$166,551-$266,482

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions, and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus, plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
