Jefferson Health is searching for a highly skilled, experienced Sr Business Intelligence Developer to strategize, build and execute analytic solutions for the enterprise! The ideal candidate would possess strong technical skills and excellent interpersonal skills. Come join the Jefferson analytics team!PRIMARY FUNCTION :The Sr. Business Intelligence Developer (BID) will support and promote the implementation of best practices in the areas of business intelligence and healthcare analytics The Sr. BID designs and develops business intelligence (BI) solutions to support quality, compliance and operational processes. They assist with the development of the BI strategy and will be required to mentor other BI team members to help standardize work processes. Aslo, they work with data engineering personnel which will require an in-depth knowledge of BI data architecture methodology.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :bull; Designs, builds, tests and implements BI solutionsbull; Troubleshoots Enterprise BI tools, systems amd softwarebull; Coordinates with users to determine reporting requirementsbull; Develops relational and multidementional database queriesbull; Supports multiple projects in building data models and visualizations as requiredbull; Consults with clients and teammates to identify all facets of an issue and generate a solution. Understands potential impacts to processes and systems across organization and factors these into solutions.bull; Maintains and enhances development and design standards and processesbull; Provides mentorship and support of co-workers and peersbull; Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.OTHER FUNCTIONS AND COMPETENCIES :bull; Achieves proficiency in at least (2) or more Business Intelligence toolsbull; Support service now ticket system as assignedbull; Responsible for on call duties to support critical ticketsEDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS :Bachelorrsquo;s degree (Masterrsquo;s preferred) in the field of business administration, computer science, and finance, engineering, or information systems requiredEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :4 years of experienceAbout JeffersonNationally ranked, Jefferson, which is principally located in the greater Philadelphia region, Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey, is reimagining health care and higher education to create unparalleled value.
