The Senior Digital Enrollment Manager is accountable for directing the overall digital spend and online experience for prospective students across undergraduate and graduate programs. This position focuses on outcomes specific to enrolling prospective students through digital channels. The ability to analyze granular campaign performance metrics and sales funnel data, provide data-driven recommendations and pivot the digital spend and strategy to maximize on Creighton's enrollment potential is critical. The ideal candidate will create strategic, integrated digital marketing plans across channels and look to improve user experience. The role requires a solid understanding of digital analytics as well as the ability to go beyond simply reporting on data to telling stories using the data. It will require being able to synthesize findings from multiple sources and across KPIs. Assist in analysis of paid search, website, SEO, paid social and email analytics to identify trends and areas for optimization and increasing revenue. Create marketing presentations that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders through campaign summary notes/graphs/charts. The ideal candidate is motivated and proactive, with a passion for insights-driven marketing, a hunger for problem solving, and an analytical mindset. The Senior Digital Enrollment Manager will manage external agency vendors and collaborate with colleagues to create effective solutions, taking initiative to push projects forward. Be a change-agent within our team, helping to propose new, innovative approaches to analytics and measurement that push us to think differently.Key Responsibilities:Directs and approves all aspects of the digital enrollment strategy including ad investment, SEO, web content, email marketing, and social media. This includes directing and approving an investment spend in excess of $750K to influence and impact overall enrollment objectives.

Collaborates with University Marketing and Communications to align consistency with overall brand and messaging.

Effectively engages faculty and staff to enhance the digital presence in the recruitment process of students.

Collaborates with recruitment and marketing professionals across the University as a part of Enrollment Management.

Qualifications:

A Master's Degree in marketing or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired;Minimum 4-6 years demonstrated of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)Experience investing large sums of money on a monthly basis and the ability to pivot spend to achieve desired enrollment objectivesExperience in digital strategy and creating plansExperience managing agency partnersExperience in higher education enrollment marketing preferredExperience with Slate and Tableau preferredKnowledge of current and emerging digital strategies, digital platforms, campaign report tools and optimization levers with any digital campaignAbility to integrate web, social, email, SEO, and ad placement strategies to achieve desired enrollment outcomesKnowledge of digital campaign set up, tagging and trackingA passion for numbers, data, statistics and thinking through the 'why' behind performance metricsAbility to build strong client relationships and communicate effectivelyAbility to create marketing reports/presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders through detailed notes/graphs/chartsSelf-starter, able to work independently and proactively
