This position plans and manages statewide as well as regional EPSCoR conferences, events and meetings. This includes locating venues and managing all logistics involved with the planning, implementing and reporting on each activity. There will be required out of state travel to NSF EPSCoR meetings annually. This position also independently executes website content development, post content, edit and maintain via CMS as the web administrator. The EPSCoR Outreach Coordinator creates and distributes various communications using social media and email supporting engagement with internal and external audiences. This position is responsible for developing reports as needed for funding agencies throughout the year. The Outreach Coordinator works with the Assistant Director and others with creating statewide outreach programs as well as fostering and building partnerships/collaborations across the state to align with the mission of NSF EPSCoR. The Outreach Coordinator will serve as the public information/communications officer for the statewide NSF EPSCoR Program and is responsible for developing and presenting about NSF EPSCoR outreach programs at various meetings both statewide and nationally. Finally, this position will assist with proposal development, providing assistance with editing proposals and helping develop the educational and human resources development portions of proposals as needed/requested.
