The Senior Director of Development, Student Affairs (SRDOD) is the chief advancement officer for UC Riverside's Student Affairs Organization (SA). Under the leadership of the Senior Executive Director, Constituency Programs, Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences, Education, School of Public Policy, School of Education, Library, Athletics, Regional and Pipeline Development, and in close collaboration with the Vice Chancellor, Student Affairs, the SRDOD will develop and execute long- and short-term strategies to grow SAs' philanthropic pipeline and secure annual and major gifts that will benefit team student success and endowments. The SRDOD will identify and manage a portfolio and will travel frequently locally and statewide for qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship purposes. The SRDOD will arrange appropriate opportunities for key SA leadership to meet with prospective donors and will work collaboratively with other University Advancement colleagues to achieve fundraising goals.

The full salary range for the Senior Director of Development, Student Affairs $111,000 - $214,000 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $111,000 - $125,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
