Join us in shaping our future-and yours.Role reports to: Senior Brand ManagerLocation: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.) - Open to remoteTravel : 10%Pay: 88,000- 142,600What you will doThe Associate Brand Manager, Aveeno HOBA and Strategic Planning - HCP, 3YOP, Annual Planning, SPM is responsible for partnering with the SBM to develop and execute total brand strategies, inclusive of annual business planning and 3YOP. In addition, this role will be highly cross-functional, as you will partner with multiple teams to drive business growth. As an Associate Brand Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the brand's strategies and driving its success in the market:Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop HCP strategy for Aveeno brand, in partnership with HCP leadLead SPM (strategic portfolio management) for marketing brand, in partnership with Customer StrategyLead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of annual planning initiatives (3YOP, annual ICP, media planning, etc.)Manage budget for entire brand, in partnership with category leadsAnalyze total brand performance and participate in monthly HOBA reportingWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing or related fieldMinimum of 6 years of prior professional related experiencePrior experience working in consumer packaged goods marketing, and/or business analyticsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research dataDesired QualificationsProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaignsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPrior P&L leadership preferredDemonstrated financial savvy in making effective business decisions, strong business analytics and understanding of core marketing leversAbility to effectively collaborate, communicate and influence in a matrixed environmentDemonstrated ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with business partnersComfort presenting to senior leadershipWhat's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000 to $ 142,600 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Total Rewards PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsThis list could vary based on location/regionNote: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
