How you’ll add value…

As Regional Sales Manager, Water and Wastewater Treatment, you will be responsible for driving market share gains and resulting revenue generation for Kovalus’ product portfolio in North America. Your strong background and experience in selling Water and Wast Water Products to Industrial, Food and Beverage, and Life Science customers, as well as your ability to negotiate and build strong business partnerships with customers and within the organization, is crucial to your success in this role.

What you’ll do…

Essential Functions

Based remotely in USExecute territory sales strategy for driving revenue through our regional channel partners.Expand the Kovalus Channel Partner Network for Water and Waste Water Products.Build and maintain strong relationships with the product management, direct sales team and marketing organizations to drive effective and regular communication to all stakeholders on major business decisions.Drive market share gains with Product Management and Process Engineering teams.Monitor and assess performance against plan on a regular basis to identify successes which can be leveraged and will provide appropriate measurements to assess overall value of Kovalus’ Growth Initiatives.Cover all territory markets to develop direct knowledge and relationships with current and potentialmarkets, customers and direct sales team.

Develop a customer relationship plan including direct relationships.Develop customer projects with customized products in close collaboration with the Product Managers and the responsible territory managersReview pipeline forecasts and business checks with senior management teamWhat you’ll bring…

Required

A minimum of eight+ years of relevant technical sales experience.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills; presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills.Ability to travel within North America approximately 40% of the time, working closely with regional sales managers and Product ManagementStrong understanding of Water and Wastewater Treatment Process in Industrial, Food and Beverage, and Life Science FacilitiesPrevious account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.Experience as a sales representative with a track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in contiguous, multiple years.Demonstrated experience working with sales organizations and technical teams.Experience in a fast paced, growth environment.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life science, or related technical discipline
