The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies that achieve and maintain occupancy targets and revenue goals. This role is expected to take a hands-on approach to the day-to-day management of a property management leasing team and overall leasing operations to ensure that company leasing goals are met.

Elevate Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day leasing functions, including oversight and management of effective CRM responses (prospect calls, emails, texts), scheduling showings, ensuring all operations comply with company standards, fair housing regulations, and other relevant laws. Elevate Accountability:
Create accountability and ownership among team members; communicate clear expectations, supervise, and provide timely performance feedback and lead training and development for team members through coaching, motivating, and mentoring to ensure employees align with company values and business techniques. Elevate Efficiency:
Assume a proactive role in increasing the efficiency of leasing operations and ensuring procedures and processes meet business requirements and create a positive experience for prospects and residents and perform leasing and other assigned duties as needed. Who You Are:

Positive, high-energy, action oriented, and operations focused and enjoys a fast-paced environment with the ability to lead a sales team in a quota driven workplace and coach members to improve performance. Elevated Experience:
Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. With this, ensuring operating and training techniques are productive and meet or exceed company occupancy goals and adhere to compliance standards and requirements. Elevated Communication:
Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills along with tuned interpersonal skills for an inclusive culture among the team. Elevated Professionalism:
Professional appearance and demeanor consistently. This position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Qualifications and Skills
3 years' experience working in a professional office environment. Prior experience working in a leadership and sales role required. Ability to think critically and use problem solving skills to suggest solutions to issues. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with all levels of employees and vendors. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Proven ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential information. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to travel to all properties within a given region as needed.
Compensation:
Competitive base pay plus incentives
