About the position
As a Multi-Family Housing inspector, you will play a crucial role in in ensuring the quality and compliance of our multi-family housing units. Your Primary responsibilities will include conducting move-out and pre-move-out inspections to assess the condition of the property, identify maintenance needs, and document any damages. As part of the asset management team, you will collaborate closely with the property management team to maintain high standard of living for our residents.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Conduct move-out and pre-move out inspections
• Schedule appropriate repairs
• Maintain accurate records of inspections reports, photographs, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local housing codes, safety regulations, and company policies during inspections.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma required.
- Prior experience in property management, housing inspections, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and propose effective solutions
- Maintain an active driver's license and have reliable transportation.
