Job Purpose:

To gain real world experience as a Corporate Development intern supporting enterprise acquisition and divestiture, strategy, and business transformation projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Provided opportunities to work in key areas such as:

Acquisition and divestiture projectsLong-range planning and strategy developmentCorporate venturing and external innovationEnterprise project servicesEnterprise business process transformation

This position provides learning opportunities and interaction across the entire company, including exposure and presentation opportunities to senior leadership.REQUIREMENTS:

Must graduate in August 2025, December 2025, or May 2026 with a major in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or a related field.Strong critical thinking, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently to drive results.Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.Effective in communications with senior management.A pattern of strong goal setting and accountability.Highly developed interpersonal and persuasive skills.Ability to make recommendations with limited information.Must be comfortable with the preparation and consumption of meat products; more specifically, pork, beef, turkey, chicken and nuts.This position will require access to and/or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace.Location and Hours:

Position is based out of our Corporate Office headquarters in Austin, MinnesotaPosition is approximately 40 hours per week beginning late May and ending mid-AugustCompensation:

Competitive wage

The base pay range is $20 to $22 per hour; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location
