Job Purpose:
To gain real world experience and exposure to administering Human Resources policies and procedures at corporate and possibly plant level.
Responsibilities:Gain exposure to the job responsibilities of HR at our Austin, MN facility and corporate headquartersWill be assigned an HR project to manage from planning through execution and management reportingWork closely with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP), Talent Acquisition, and Learning and Development departmentsAdminister HR policies and procedures at plant and corporate levelRequirements:
Must graduate in December 2025 or May 2026 and major in Human Resources or Organizational Leadership or related major with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferredDemonstrated leadership, accountability, initiative, analytical, and communication skills are necessary for success in this positionPossess a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spiritMust be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United StatesApplicants must not now, or in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visaThis position will require access to and/or the utilization of a personal motor vehicle to get to and from the workplace.Location and Hours:
Position is based out of our Austin, MNPosition is approximately 40 hours per week beginning late May and ending mid-AugustCompensation:
Competitive wage
The base pay range is $19 to $22 per hour; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location
Paid housing allowanceReimbursement of all expenses incurred on the jobCompany 401k matchEarn Paid Time off
