Position Summary

Image Solutions is hiring a Business Development Manager to cover national accounts in their territory (California/West Coast). This role reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing. This role will drive all aspects of new business development in their territory. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring new business, launching new programs, and providing a great experience to customers, prospects, and team members. This position will have no direct reports.

This is a remote position with 15-30% travel required.

This role reports to our Director of Sales & Marketing.

ResponsibilitiesOpportunity Identification:

Consistently identify and pursue new business opportunities, efficiently move leads through the sales funnel, and maintain a high percentage close rate (10 – 15%)Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain authentic relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that our brand effectively addresses their pain points and contributes to their success. Success selling at the executive level in enterprise level accounts is a must!Sales Execution:

Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing, focusing on high-value enterprise accounts (over $1M in revenue).Strategic Storytelling:

Effectively communicate our brand’s value proposition to solve customer challenges, tailoring the message to resonate with C-level executives.Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, sharing credit for successes and fostering a collaborative environment that drives overall business success.Continuous Improvement:

Remain open to feedback, continually seeking to improve your sales techniques and product knowledge.•Lead the team in managing incoming RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs , ensuring transparency, effective communication, and seamless execution at each stage of the process.Define clear objectives for each project

and guide internal teams thru project milestones to deliver successful responses to customer opportunities.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline

with a diversified account base, ensuring consistent opportunities for growth.Demonstrate a curious approach to selling ; understand industry trends and leverage this knowledge to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities, keeping Image Solutions at the forefront of the market.Requirements

Experience:

10+ years of experience in business development, specifically in corporate apparel or a related industry, with a proven track record of success in a hunter role.Skills:

Strong ability to build authentic connections and relationships.Expertise in storytelling that connects our brand to customer pain points.Proficiency in communicating effectively at the C-level.

Personality:

Solution-oriented with an owner mentality.Ability to operate well in ambiguous environments.Persuasive and adaptable in communication style.

Interview/Hiring Process

Our interview process is designed to give you a chance to showcase your skills and experience while allowing us to get to know you better. It is broken up into multiple phases:

Phase 1 – Initial Phone Screen:

If you're contacted after your resume is reviewed, the interview process begins with a 30 minute phone screen with HR. During this call, we will go over the job description, key information about our company & culture, and ask you questions related to the role.

Phase 2 – Video Interviews:

Next in the process is an in-depth video interview with the Hiring Manager, then video interviews with 1-3 other peers and/or leadership team members.

Practical exercise (role dependent) to complete by a certain date to be reviewed by the Hiring Manager.

Phase 4

– Reference Checks
