postgraduate students

looking to explore meaningful careers in

practice administration . This

two-year program

puts you on a path for significant career growth through performance excellence projects, strategic planning and leadership exposure. This Fellowship focuses on our health system's medical group of over 2,000 employed providers and more than 370 primary care and specialty practices.You must be currently enrolled or have already completed a master's degree program to be considered for the Fellowship Program.

is designed to give fellows a deep understanding of how a large, complex medical group operates. Fellows learn from leaders across Norton Healthcare and gain insights into various aspects of health care delivery.Year 1 ExperienceExposure to the executive leadership team, including the chief administrative officer and system vice presidentsOpportunity to complete 27 different rotations across various departments, receiving diverse and comprehensive training. During these rotations, fellows engage in high-level projects and contribute to key initiativesRotations include ten service lines: Health Information Management, Employee and Patient Experience, Finance, Inpatient Clinical Operations, Strategic Planning and moreYear 2 ExperienceImmersion experiences in which Fellows select areas of interest and contribute through projects and interim leadership rolesNorton Healthcare is a leader in serving adult and pediatric patients from throughout Greater Louisville, Southern Indiana, The Commonwealth of Kentucky, and beyond.
