SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for supporting the Quality Department and managing all data within the Quality Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following:Update Operator visual aid boards as needed and build new Operator Visual aid boards as new jobs are added. Maintain organization of job boards in quality lab.Maintain EPC / GP-12 book that holds GP-12 / EPC inspection instructions.Track and control all deviations on the deviation log, as well as on the production floor. Scan all closed deviations into appropriate network folder.Update Accountability Log with OP # and pictures of defect for any internal or external quality issues.Maintain and update all Pink Sheet data in the Sort / Rework Database. Adjust Parts+ inventory accordingly. Report any partial containers to Materials Manager.Monitor all containment data to assure that as corrective actions are implemented, data is reviewed to remove items from containment.Printing of all TWO, First / Last Shot Labels, Partial Labels, and any other special labeling requirements for the production floor.Completely weekly LPA's per schedule.Monitor & track all Layered Process Audits to assure schedules are maintained and all results of the audits are captured. Update LPA Tracking Matrix and maintain monthly charting of results. Send LPA schedule out 2 times per week. Scan all completed LPA's into the appropriate network folder.Maintain open issues list from the Layered Process Audits. Follow up with owners to ensure closure is achieved in a timely manner.Scan all First shot documentation in the appropriate network folders.Scan all Last shot documentation in the appropriate network folders.Scan all Production Readiness Audits into the appropriate network folders.Monitor, track and post all material certifications to assure material meets proper specification, and that certifications are received with each shipment for each lot being received. Scan material certs into appropriate network folder and maintain organization.Track all reset logs and report any reoccurring resets to Automation Engineer for root cause and corrective action. Scan logs into appropriate network folder.Track all poke yoke verification sheets and immediately report any unresolved poke yoke failures to Quality Manager & Automation Engineer.Assist in part audits and sort operations as required. Must work to gain forklift driver's license so that containers can be dropped for sorts. Also must work with forklift to organize Hold / Partial area (each day).Maintain gage tracker system for gage calibrations and annual layouts. Work directly with Quality Engineers to ensure all new gages are entered into Gage Track.Adhere to all company policies and procedures (i.e., quality policy manual, associate handbook, Level II procedures, etc.).Comply with of all internal and OSHA required safety procedures.Maintain high standards of housekeeping in respective areas.Other duties as assigned.
