The hospitality group features catering and a world of culinary experiences with a current collection of 18 concepts plus our luxury boutique property, Hotel Swexan in the 19-city-block Harwood District, with more experiences currently in development.

NDA Brasserie
is located in the Harwood #14 Building located in the Harwood District. The restaurant pays homage to the legal world with rich leathers, gold accents and a setting that is both refined and relaxed.
Great food is met with great company at this timeless American Brasserie that will be open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, seven days a week. The space is also available for private events in the evening hours. The menu is the perfect blend of American classics met with Southern flair with seasonal ingredients.
As an
Evening Server Attendant
you are responsible for overseeing table maintenance, maintaining the flow of service, and assisting servers in the dining room. Standard duties include clearing food and utensils from tables, resetting, water service, monitoring guest satisfaction and assisting the kitchen in expediting the service process.
Job Functions
OperationsAssist the other servers by maintaining menu presentation and table setting; replenish utensils and water glasses as needed.Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.Ensures a spotless service is delivered to all guests anytime, and that their needs and expectations are fulfilled to the highest level and down to the smallest details.Ensure unit is well maintained and that all equipment's, materials and utensils are always in perfect working conditions. Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services. Reports any defect to the Restaurant Manager.Communicate effectively with restaurant manager, servers, and host/hostess as appropriate to ensure the guest experience is as enjoyable and effortless as possible.Must be TIPS certified or similar State requirement.Follow HHG food and beverage standards and procedures.Perform all duties in a safe manner and monitor those actions of others.Must be pleasant, hospitable, and attentive to guests always.Physical Demand

Ensure that staff maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and HHG requirements.Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and restaurant requirements.Instruct staff in the correct usage and care of all machinery in the kitchen operation, stressing safety.Adhere to all sanitation and safety policies.Meetings & Communication
Be available for any Restaurant mandatory meeting or training.Ensures a smooth communication with all direct reports and other Restaurants Managers/supervisors.Attire, language, and behavior
Is always neatly dressed and groomed, and always behaves and speaks according to HHG Division and Harwood International standards of excellence and image.Treats all associates - in public and in private - with respect and consideration, regardless of their position or tasks.Competencies
