Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Coordinator), you'll manage the daily activities of the maintenance department, oversee the workflow of production employees, maintain production equipment, establish preventive maintenance programs, and administer training programs. You'll also assess employee performance, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure business goals and standards are met.Benefits

BA/BS degree preferred.5 years of related experience including supervisory experience.Electrical background with PLC's is ideal.Ability to read electrical schematics, P&ID’s (control loops), and ladder logic.Experience with troubleshooting PLCs, HMI displays, safety/operational interlocks, photo eyes, control circuits, drives and servos.Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, troubleshooting industrial automation equipment, creating preventive maintenance plans, and electrical troubleshooting.Computer skills and knowledge of collaboration tools.Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
