Greets and seats guests (especially 1st time guests protocols)Maintains a timely restaurant wait listCommunicates features and promotionsDelivers food to tablesMaintains cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining room, and restroomsAssists in taking orders and togo guest payments when neededPerforms daily opening and closing dutiesCommunicates restaurant operational needs to managersMaintains a helpful, productive working relationship with the DMOParticipates in and maintains positive relationships across FOH and BOH teamsParticipates in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled restaurant events
