Responsibilities:Setting of screeds, the rodding, shaping, smoothing and finishing of the surfaces of freshly poured concrete walls, sidewalks, curbs, steps and stairways, the finishing of extruded concrete or any other concrete surface requiring finishing, using hand tools or power tools, including floats, trowels, screeds and straightedgeRemoving of rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, using grinder or chisel and hammer and patching holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compoundMolding of expansion joints and edges, using edging tools, jointers and straightedgeCutting of joints with concrete saw for the control of random cracking in a concrete structureSetting of concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk formsRead and interpret grade stakes and plans in-order to set forms to proper line and gradePerform general labor and other construction related duties as requiredComplies with OSHA all company safety policies and proceduresQualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2+ years experience in Civil Construction, both in public and private marketsExperience with both machine and fix form finishing techniques (preferred)OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationFamiliar with staking and checking gradeAbility to quickly process information and make decisions
