SUMMARY

Our healthcare practice provides audit, tax, transaction advisory, and consulting services to various healthcare organizations nationwide, including, but not limited to, hospitals, physician practices, clinical research organizations, continuing care retirement communities, and health IT. Our healthcare practice also works closely with our firm's private equity practice to support portfolio companies throughout their business life cycle.

As part of our healthcare audit practice, you will join a rapidly growing team full of talent. You'll get hands-on experience working alongside some of the leading healthcare experts in the financial and consulting field while enjoying the freedom and autonomy to manage your career and positively impact the world.

WHAT YOU'LL DOProvide timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectationsLead multiple engagements and provide technical accounting, business advisory, and consulting servicesDevelop an understanding of the client's business and recognize key performance drivers, trends, and developments and identify performance improvement opportunities, and recommend creative solutions to complex issuesRecognize opportunities to increase the level and types of services to clientsPerform technical accounting research and prepare accounting memos on complex issuesCommit to maintaining and developing current and effective technical accounting capabilities by leveraging extensive firm resourcesManage client relationships

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience auditing healthcare and related organizations3+ years in total of public accounting and healthcare experienceHigh-level comprehension of accounting principles coupled with the ability to succinctly and effectively communicate key issues to finance and business leadershipUnderstanding the complex economic and regulatory risks within the healthcare industryExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityEffective time management skillsCPA Certification is preferred, but not required

Travel

Occasional travel by car/plane to other offices and clients may be required.
