What do you get to do in this position?This position will be a First Shift position.Inspect all incoming materials and products to ensure quality standards set are being met by all suppliers.Enter Incoming Inspection data results into SAP and SE Quasar SystemCommunicate with Supplier Quality Engineer to resolve quality issuesInspect materials being shipped to other Schneider locationsSupport manufacturing line through providing audit supportPerform First & Last Article Inspections as needed to support new suppliers or product linesSupport in-house product testing requirementsSupport the production part evaluation processParticipate in Board of Change Activities Document Control - and Quality System ManagementIntegrated ISO Management System Audit supportWhat qualifications will make you successful?
Associates Degree Preferred - - experience with measuring equipment and systems requiredCertifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six SigmaQuality inspection, auditing and test experienceExperience with implementation of corrective action programsProduct or industry-specific experienceStrong computer skills including SAP, Microsoft Office, and DatabasesKnowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
