Office AdministratorThis is a contract opportunity.This is a hybrid/remote opportunity in Boston, MAAbout this PositionJoin our Alumni Engagement team as an Administrative and Operations Assistant. This t role offers a hybrid schedule, with on-site work 3 days per week. You'll support various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective alumni engagement.Job Responsibilities
Administrative Assistance
Order and organize event materials.Process expense reports.Capture and distribute meeting notes.Prepare meeting materials.Assist with meeting set-up and clean-up.Run queries and reports in the database.Support post-event follow-up and engagement analysis.Maintain email lists for meetings.
Operations Support
Provide reception services.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Alumni Center.Manage the Alumni Authors Collection library.Coordinate alumni reservations and technology needs.Maintain inventory and order supplies.Handle Facilities Service Requests.Organize alumni swag and giveaways.Manage mail and package distribution.
Job Skills/Requirements
Strong organizational and administrative skills.Experience with event planning.Proficient in managing inventories and supplies.Effective communication and coordination skills.Proficient in using databases and running reports.Additional Information
Job Location: Boston, MASchedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm / Hybrid (On-site 3 days per week)Benefits: Flexible schedulesPay Range
Hourly Pay Range: $19-$22/hour
