DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a Senior Logistician to support Product Manager Aerostats at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

+ Assist the Government with developing, reviewing, documenting, and resolving issues pertaining to Integrated Product Support elements.

+ Assist the Government in developing, updating, and reviewing acquisition and logistic documents.

+ Review, analyze, prepare, or update the following types of ILS studies, analyses, and program documentation.

+ Support the Government in identifying and developing logistic budget requirements.

+ Assist the Government in planning, documenting, and coordinating material release/type classification.

+ Provide input and recommendations using the logistics management information tools for analysis product assurance, asset visibility, and manufacturing data.

+ Track and manage CONUS/OCONUS equipment utilizing Government approved Accountable Property System of Records.

+ Assist the Government in support functions to include monitoring, coordinating, editing and processing of requisitions and material release orders.

+ Assist the Government with coordination with DoD depot facilities to work deport core logistics and Public Private Partnership requirements.

+ Assist the Government with the management of the Program Offices' provisioning technical data.

+ support the Government in the validation and verification of the PD Aerostats program of instructions, TMs, and TM supplements.

+ Develop and update supportability analysis.

+ Review, analyze, prepare, or update fielding support studies, analyses, and program documentation.

+ Supervise CONUS logistics team activities to include time card submissions, reporting, required training, and performance.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

+ Familiarity with Defense Acquisition.

+ Knowledge of all 12 of the Integrated Product Support elements.

+ Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information.

+ Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing.

+ Must be able to work independently.

+ Must be detail oriented and organized.

+ Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

+ BA/BS or higher.

+ 10 or more years of working experience in the Life Cycle Logistics field.

+ An additional 8 years experience in a related field may be substituted for education.

+ A Masters degree or higher may be substituted for 4 years of experience, as long as their degree is in a related field.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is sedentary work which requires the following physical activities: reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. Occasionally lifts to 20 lbs.

Support for fielding events could require work in austere environments with extreme temperatures.

Employees must be able to see and hear, read, and write effectively in English. Requires adaptability, analyzing, assessing, calculating, decision making, dependability, good judgment, reading, memorizing, social skills, speaking, stress control and writing. Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information; Ability to apply common sense in performing job. Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters and/or conduct routine oral communication. Ability to make decisions which have significant impact on the immediate work unit.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 10% by air and ground transportation.

Possible OCONUS travel.
