Detroit Labs is looking for experienced Technical Architects with AI expertise to join an exciting project with an existing client that drives game-changing automotive technology. This role will work on connected vehicle services for customers owning vehicles with connected capabilities across the USA and Canada. These systems consist of several backend, frontend, and middleware applications. The systems integrate with the connectivity units inside the vehicle, and enable features like the ability to remotely start the vehicle, view parking locations, Alexa voice commands, and many more. This is a full-time salaried hybrid role located in Auburn Hills, MI. You must be able to work in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.Requirements8+ years of experience in AI/Machine Learning architecture with at least 5 years of experience in chatbot developmentStrong experience with Google Cloud AI Platform, Dialogflow, Cloud Natural Language API, Cloud Translation API, and TensorFlowDemonstrated success in designing and implementing intelligent chatbot solutionsProficiency in Python, Java, Go, and integrating AI solutions with various data sources and APIsFamiliarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and experience with AWS or AzureIn-depth understanding of natural language processing (NLP), natural language understanding (NLU), and machine learning algorithmsKnowledge of MLOps practices, data privacy regulations, and secure AI implementationExperience with speech recognition, text-to-speech technologies, conversational AI design, knowledge graphs, semantic web concepts, and reinforcement learning for chatbot optimizationDetroit Labs is not currently able to hire candidates who will reside outside of the United States during their term of employmentResponsibilities
