Job Description
Business OperationAssist current orders weekly demand based on historical data, market trends, and promotion plans.Generate and Support purchase orders accurately based on approved requisitions and specifications.Communicate with a warehouse team and support to meet warehouse demandsCommunicate with a marketing team to accomplish tasksReceive all purchase invoices and cross-check invoice details with purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.Review incoming bills, invoices, and statements from vendors and suppliers and verify the accuracySupport the suitability of alternative items based on product specifications, functionality, and performanceBusiness Success
Respond to Jira tickets to solve and define issuesCreate and manage user guides for E-Commerce teamCommunicate directly with solution providers to solve complex problemsOptimize site functionality, navigation, and user experience to enhance conversion rates.Support sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.Customer Service
Responding to customer support inquiries as quickly and accurately as possible via phone, chat and email.Assist customers with after-sales service issuesAble to communicate concisely our company policies to clientManage, process, and track customer orders to ensure accuracy, and timely arrival of online orders (customer account management).Data entry/analysis and reporting to support Management team.Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree preferred HS/GED RequiredPreferred At least 2 years of experience in E-Commerce or grocery field.Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and online applications.Ability to learn E Commerce Business knowledge and New Applications quicklyOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsBilingual in Korean and English
