Assist team in meeting client needs by building and managing Sage Intacct implementations following pre-defined implementation methodologyBuild Reports & DashboardsAssist with data conversion projectsParticipate in conversations with customers to advise on best practices and how to be successful with their systemBuild and maintain relationships with customers and internal colleaguesDiscover areas for improvement in the customer experience, both in our product and processesLearn how to manage projectsAssist on multiple implementations at one timeParticipate in small teams to build systems and manage multiple accountsProvide technical support to customers, as neededMaintain a solid understanding of how the Sage Intacct and related sub-systems work; be a resource for the Firm and for our customersProvide input and contribute to the development of new process and proceduresWork as a team player to ensure the success of the customer and the team's growthHow Will You Get Here?
