What you'll do:The Tableau Developer 2 (Credit Risk) is an individual contributor role and will deliver production responsibilities and execute projects for the Bank's portfolio reporting and analytics function. This position will serve to drive insightful reporting through Tableau dashboards. Responsibilities will include creating and managing Tableau content, validating dashboard content using SQL queries, and interfacing with business customers in a development and support capacity. Responsibilities may also include documentation, training business users, creation and maintenance of Tableau write-back extensions and Tableau extracts. The Tableau Developer 2 (Credit Risk) will have recurring production responsibilities as well as project or ad hoc duties; both requiring a high attention to detail. Critical to success in this position is the ability to display a high level of independent problem solving, attention to detail, decision making, prioritization, sense of urgency, quick turnaround, adaptability, customer service skills, on-time implementation and the ability to support diverse projects. This position requires a detailed understanding of banking concepts, an aptitude to integrate efficiencies with technology, and applications used to deliver information and reporting to customers within the bank.

What we are looking for:Develops and maintains critical portfolio management information and provides reports/operating performance metrics.Effectively applies high level technical expertise and software knowledge to address complex business and financial projects. Proficient / expert in the Microsoft suite of technologies including Visual Studio and Management Studio. Proficient / expert in Tableau development lifecycle including data-prep (Tableau or Alteryx), data visualization (complex LOD and table calculations) and dashboard execution (use of filters, actions and readability). Experience with creating Tableau extensions preferred.Manages a pipeline of reporting and process related projects, identifying and elevating road blocks and executing within designated time framesServes as the point of contact to internal customers for ad hoc extracts and support for assigned areas of responsibility.Utilizes various DataMart's to assess business line performance, trends, KPI's and leading indicators to efficiently and coherently measure opportunities and/or risks in a useful and actionable framework.Uses excellent communication skills to keep manager, team and customers apprised of project statuses.What you need have:

Bachelor degree in Business Analytics; Finance; Accounting; Business Management; Statistics; MIS or comparable.3-5+ years of experience in the Banking of Financial Services industry.3-5+ years of technical experience with Tableau or other enterprise reporting tool. Experience with ETL (SSIS), SQL or other database related skills preferredExpert level skills with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL and Pivot Tables.Completion of or advancement towards Tableau certification(s) preferred.
