The

Account Manager

will play a pivotal role in achieving the company's sales goals and maintaining their high standards of customer service. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, generating new sales leads and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:Independently generate leads for new sales and identify additional opportunities within existing client baseManage a portfolio of accounts, collaborating with the B2B team to achieve and exceed sales goals for lawn and snow servicesBuild long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, aiming for an 85% renewal rateGenerate property improvement proposals, review contracts for accuracy, present to clients and close salesConduct site reviews with Field Operations Managers to ensure budget adherence and quality controlActively network to create new opportunities and leads within the industryWork with the design-build team on construction work order opportunitiesProactively anticipate and resolve potential customer issues

Account Manager

Requirements:

5+ years in Landscape Sales and/or Landscape Account ManagementCompetency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word; ability to learn BOSSlm softwareAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferredValid driver's license and insurability on the company's insurance policyStrong verbal and written communicationExperience in B2B salesEffective time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProfessionalism in customer and team interactionsExperience with LinkedIn and social media networking
