Business Development Manager - Commercial Sales

to spearhead their commercial sales efforts. This role will focus on nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial sector, identifying bid opportunities and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our client's design team to ensure seamless project execution from proposal to completion.

Business Development Manager - Commercial Sales Responsibilities:

Cultivate and maintain partnerships with developers, builders, interior design firms and remodel companiesIdentify and pursue bid and proposal opportunities to increase commercial salesTrack and manage sales leads, setting and achieving ambitious sales targetsWork closely with the design team to develop competitive proposals aligned with client needsDevelop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing relationshipsConduct industry research to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunitiesMaintain detailed records of sales activities and closed deals to inform business strategies

Business Development Manager - Commercial Sales Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field, Master's degree advantageous5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the building, design or home improvement industriesStrong understanding of commercial sales processes and bid protocolsExceptional networking, negotiation and presentation skillsStrategic thinker with strong analytical abilities
