Overview:LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking four enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our clients team in Richmond, VA. In this role, youll be the go-to person for employees and managers across the healthcare organization, providing top-notch customer service and HR support. This on-site role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a high volume of inquiries with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to employee and manager inquiries, asking insightful questions, and ensuring complete resolution.

Provide accurate HR-related information and guidance through various communication channels, including phone and case management systems.

Handle complex employee issues with a focus on quick and effective resolution, escalating to HR team members when necessary.

Consistently and accurately utilize the case management system to document, modify, and close cases.

Maintain confidentiality when handling employee data or sensitive information.

Prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency based on the nature of the inquiry.

Leverage the knowledge base to provide consistent and reliable information to team members.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Experience:

1 year of experience in a call center or similar environment with a high volume of telephone inquiries.

Skills:

Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.

Pay Details:

$17.00 to $18.00 per hour
