Job Summary:

As a Salesforce Developer 2, you will be responsible for developing solutions within the Salesforce platform and will be central to continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization. The role helps design, code, and implement the key technical components of the solution and works with technical resources to develop and deliver the project deliverables. This is a hands-on role that requires you to have a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, its best practices, and architecture with extensive experience working with the Salesforce CRM platform.

Essential Functions:

Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and MissionActively documents technical solutions aligned with business objectives; identify gaps between current and desired end-statesDevelops end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, etc. to support business requirementsWorks with the Salesforce Architect(s) to translate business requirements into acceptance criteria and well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platformCollaborates with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits)Uses Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organizationDelivers quality deliverables as agreed upon within the schedule while maintaining the security and integrity of the softwareParticipates in daily scrum meetings, analyze assign user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirementsUtilizes out-of-the-box Salesforce customization when possible, maintains code documentation, and writes/maintain test classes for all custom developmentMigrates changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies such as ADO, COPADODebugs and resolves issues and/or defects that may be reported because of faults in the production systemWrites documents and provides technical training for Salesforce usersLearns, Models, and Teaches using HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools to promote, reinforce, and reward alignment with our Vision, Values, and MissionInfluences and motivates team members to use HOLT's Values-Based Leadership (VBL) tools ensuring Legendary Customer Service with all services they deliverWorks safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standardsPerforms other duties as assignedEducation and Experience:

Associates or Bachelors degree required up to 3 years of related experience required, 4 or more years preferred3 to 4 years experience as a Developer, 3 to 4 years experience with Salesforce requiredAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms requiredSalesforce Products (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, FSL, Community Cloud) preferredSalesforce Development (VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Developer Console) requiredExperience working with ETL tools such as Jitterbit, and MuleSoft preferredRequired Certifications:
