Solution Architect
to join our team.
In this role, you will focus on IT solution development and project implementation.
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex IT solutions to meet the needs of our clients business goals, while training and mentoring other engineers to implement your designed solutions with guidance and oversight. You will work directly with our Sales, and Managed Services teams to ensure that our technology offerings align with business needs and will allow us to effectively support our business processes.To successfully align IT solutions with business objectives, a Solution Architect must have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as both technical and business knowledge. As a Solutions Architect, you will need to understand the business needs of the organization to understand which IT solutions will fit the companys current and future goals. Your leadership skills will be important for steering the overall process of identifying key business objectives and determining the requirements for each solution. One of your main focuses is on the technical decisions being made regarding a particular solution and how it will impact business outcomes.
