As an MES/Digital Transformation Solutions Architect, you will be pivotal in designing and orchestrating bespoke MES and digital transformation solutions tailored to their clients' unique needs. You will liaise directly with clients to understand their requirements, architect robust solutions, and guide our engineering teams through the implementation process.Key Responsibilities:Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for MES and digital transformation projects.Architect comprehensive MES and digital transformation solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.Develop and present detailed solution designs, roadmaps, and technical documentation.Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designed solutions.Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance MES and digital capabilities.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.Conduct architecture reviews and ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards.Monitor project progress and optimize the performance of digital solutions post-implementation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on MES and digital transformation.In-depth understanding of MES principles, methodologies, and best practices.Proficiency in MES platforms and related technologies.Strong knowledge of industrial automation, IoT, and data integration.Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, MES certifications) are a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Flexible working hours and remote work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and inclusive company culture.Access to the latest tools and technologies.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Generous vacation and paid time off policies.
