POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:This position is responsible for providing high level recruiting services to hiring managers, including the development of academic, local, and national recruiting plans, employment of traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as the development of new, creative recruiting initiatives. As the Recruiter, you will ensure the hiring of the best talent available to match the needs and resources of the Company. You will be responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process and strategy.

•Manage the interview process for all potential candidates; source and screen, coordinate, and schedule interviews, conduct phone and onsite interviews, and track progress of candidates throughout entire process of filling positions; provide appropriate feedback to management.

•Collaborate with department managers to develop and update job descriptions and hiring criteria.

•Gather, organize, and log all resumes prior to distribution to hiring managers.

•Manage recruiting budget within budgeted funds.

•Work with hiring managers on recruiting needs; stay connected and communicate continuously with managers to fully understand the hiring needs.

•Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of Revere.

•Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

•Implement a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position; Source and screen potential candidates, coordinate, and schedule interviews, conduct phone and onsite interviews, and track progress of candidates throughout entire process of filling positions; provide appropriate feedback to management.

•Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.

•Establish and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration by continuous networking and online initiatives; proactively develop relationships with key talent.

•Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.

•Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

•Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it. Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.

•Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport with them and to source new candidate leads.

•Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms

•Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting and coordinate efforts with hiring managers.

•Schedule career fairs for recruiting and company recognition; represent Revere at multiple recruiting events and universities to recruit high caliber candidates.

Conduct all pre-employment screenings and reference checks before candidates are hired.

•Manage the preparation and delivery of offer packages; edit and create offer letters to submit to qualified candidates; submit offer letters and answer follow-up questions.

•Prepare acceptance memo and rejection communications for relevant managers and departments and confirm distribution.

•Travel as needed in performance of job duties and responsibilities.

•Book travel arrangements for candidates interviewing from out of town and new employees traveling from other cities.

•Coordinate other HR-related activities with the VP of Human Resources and the HR Representative.

•Work with the HR Representative to coordinate onboarding initiatives for all new employees; ensure onboarding of new employees is successful by scheduling "New Hire Orientation", gathering IT equipment and supplies, emailing Orientation schedule to managers, ordering nameplates, ordering business cards, emailing welcome letters, and gathering pre-employment paperwork.

•Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

•Staying current on Revere's organization structure, policies, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

•Responsible for training leaders on recruiting and interviewing skills.

•Facilitate Company's internal "Random Drug Screenings" process.

•Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.

•Minimum of two (2) years' recruiting experience in construction and/or engineering industry.

•Experience with full-cycle recruiting; handled all recruiting responsibilities from start to finish.

•Effective oral and written communication skills.

•Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based).

•Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check).

•Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.

•Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft Office programs.

•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

•Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

•Excellent organizational skills.

•General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.

•Familiar with ATS (UltiPro).

•Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

This is a full-time position, and business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, longer hours may be required.
