Role Overview

We are seeking a HR Business Partner to support our growing manufacturing site in Raritan, NJ. This position work closely with other HR Business Partners on site as well as Corporate HR team. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for shaping and executing on the people strategies to support the overall business objectives. This includes consultative and coaching to the leaders and their leadership teams, providing expertise in the development of the organizational talent strategy, talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, and employee relations.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic HR coaching support to assigned business functionsCreate and/or drive the talent strategy for the assigned business functions in partnership with respective COE teamsSupport all talent management, organizational design and organizational alignment activities within client groups. Contribute to organizational change management activities when necessary.Coach business leaders to successfully manage all cycle people management process (talent management, performance management, succession planning etc.)Partner with Talent Development team on learning strategies to support and enable talent strategyPartner with Talent Acquisition on activities to support workforce planning and growthSupports business leaders in developing strong development plans to grow and retain talentsManages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigationsAs part of the corporation-wide HR leadership team, participate in discussion, evaluation and execution of corporation-wide HR initiativesOther relevant duties assigned by managementRequirements

Bachelor degree required. Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field preferred. Master's degree preferred.5+ years of HR experience as HR Business Partner is required;5+ experience in Pharmaceutical or biotech industry is requiredDemonstrated HR functional competence in one or more HR disciplinesDemonstrated experience in organization development such organization design, change management,, workforce planningKnowledge of employment legal practices and policiesDemonstrated ability to effectively influence, consult with and coach business leaders and managersDemonstrated capability leveraging data analytics and HR system to provide relevant insights and consultation to the business leadership teamAbility to strategically prioritize time and problem solve against most impactful activities and initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to demonstrate and foster collaboration among peers and extended HR organizationChange Management experience
