Tax Senior/Tax Supervisor

Elite Sourcing LLC, is working with a leading public accounting firm, looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Senior to join their team. As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to clients, ensuring accurate and timely tax filings, and optimizing tax strategies for their benefit.In this role, you will prepare and review various tax returns, research tax laws and regulations, and collaborate with clients and team members to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings. The ideal candidate is analytical, has strong problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returnsResearch and interpret tax laws and regulationsAssist in tax planning and advisory services for clientsCollaborate with clients to gather necessary tax information and documentationEnsure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlinesIdentify and recommend tax-saving opportunities for clientsSupervise and mentor junior tax professionalsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldCPA certification is preferredMinimum of 4 years of experience in tax accountingStrong knowledge of tax laws and regulationsProficiency in tax preparation software and MS ExcelExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a teamStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesBenefitsSalary up to 120K DOEPaid Time Off and 1 week off during December along with Paid holidaysVision insurance, Dental insurance, and other options
